Fraud awareness
Verifying communications from the office.
Impersonation follows visibility. This page describes how to confirm that a message, invoice or request purporting to come from OSS Holdings is genuine.
Official channels
Correspondence from OSS Holdings comes from a monitored address on the ossholdings.com domain. Career correspondence uses careers@ossholdings.com. Institutional correspondence uses office@ossholdings.com.
OSS Holdings does not send correspondence from public webmail domains (gmail.com, outlook.com, yahoo.com and similar), and does not use messaging platforms as a primary channel for institutional or financial requests.
What OSS Holdings will not ask you to do
- Send funds to accounts other than those on official invoices, and without an established relationship confirmed through these channels.
- Pay fees to apply for a role. Applying for a role at OSS Holdings is free, and interviews are arranged only through careers@ossholdings.com.
- Share credentials, one-time codes, seed phrases or private keys.
- Sign urgent documents outside the ordinary course of established engagements.
Reporting an impersonation
If you have received a communication that appears to come from OSS Holdings and you are uncertain of its authenticity, contact the office through the enquiry form or write directly to office@ossholdings.com. Include the source message where possible. We treat these reports seriously.
